Shipping Information
We assure prompt and safe delivery via UPS, Fed Ex and other selected delivery services.
If the item purchased is out-of-stock or backordered, we will notify as soon as possible. Some orders maybe shipped directly from our suppliers to assure prompt service and delivery.
If your shipment does not arrive within a resonable period of time, immediately contact Up North General Store via e-mail (ship@upnorthstore.com). Please review your order confirmation and provide the following information: order number, name and shipping address. You will receive an immediate response from Up North General Store with tracking information.
Note:
1. UPS, Fed Ex and RPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers. Please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery before inquiring on order status.
2. Truck Freight Shipments: Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please e-mail ship@upnorthstore.com for a freight quote. Write your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you'll have unloading help on hand. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments.)
3. Canadian and Alaskan Customers please e-mail ship@upnorthstore.com for shipping rates.
4. Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands customers, UPS can deliver to most areas; it is more expensive due to air service charges. Parcel Post is more economical. Please e-mail ship@upnorthstore.com for shipping rates.
5. Please contact Up North General Store for shipping rates for orders outside the continental United States. Also, please indicate the method of shipping that you prefer; i.e. Air Mail, UPS, etc. ForeignShip@upnorthstore.com
